An AI lead magnet gives them their answer in 60 seconds.
Bad: "Download our comprehensive guide to X"
Good: "Answer 3 questions, get your personalized X plan"
The faster they get value, the higher your opt-in rate.
2. PERSONALIZATION (EVEN IF IT'S SIMPLE)
